Our fruit mousses are a different interpretation of the classic recipes, because they don’t contain eggs and milk. However, they contain highly concentred pureed fruits – 65%, plus chia, quinoa, sliced almonds and honey added to them. Our purpose is to combine the benefits of fruits – damson plums, quinces, strawberries, apricots, peaches, sour cherries – with the benefits of superfoods (chia and quinoa), nuts and honey.
They are gluten-free and don’t contain artificial food colorants, refined sugar, preservatives and flavours. In order to preserve its nutritional qualities for a longer time each jar is sterilised the way our grandmothers used to do it – by boiling.
They are suitable for all age groups, especially for children: our mousses are high-fibre nutritious food. They provide you and your children with the daily dose of omega-3, high-quality proteins and carbohydrates, amino acids, folic acid, phosphorus, copper and magnesium, but not by increasing the amount of calories you take.
Our fruit mousses are an easy and simple way for intake of antioxidants which decrease the levels of the bad cholesterol in your body and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart diseases.
Since they don’t contain eggs, milk and gluten, they are also appropriate for people oriented toward vegan diet, as well as for pregnant women due to the high levels of folic acid in quinoa seeds.
We recommend consuming them as a delicious breakfast or a healthy dessert.
